Stress hormones affect cardiovascular systems. Frequent or constant stress makes the heart work more than necessary for long periods by pumping it faster. And thus, it will interrupt the blood flow to the heart muscle and increase stroke risk.

2. Respiratory:

It also affects the respiratory systems. When anyone is stressed, they tend to breathe very heavily, unlike normal breathing, which is very harmful. If anyone is already suffering from breathing problems like asthma or emphysema, stress can make it even harder to breathe. It can lead to fatal death.

3. Sleep:

Stress and anxiety are mainly responsible for the lack of sleep. It keeps the mind racing always, and that may result in many health issues. When there is any rough tension, it can lead to the short life of a person.

Some people may handle stress more effectively and recover from stressful events more promptly than others. In some instances, it can help and give more strength to get it more done.
